Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, knowing that you are a faithful and loving God who hears our prayers. We lift up ###'s prayer request to you, Lord, and ask that you would soften ###'s heart towards ###. May ### make a decision in ###'s favor and not uphold any false statements from the management. We pray that ### would address any wrongdoings of the management and bring justice to the situation.

We ask for your divine intervention, Lord, so that there will be no need for a court hearing. We pray for a favorable agreement that will allow ### to save their job. We acknowledge that ### needs their job due to their health, and we ask for your provision and guidance in this matter.
We trust in your promises, Lord, that when we ask according to your will, you hear us and grant our petitions. We stand on the authority of your Word in 1 John 5:14-15, which says, "And this is the boldness which we have toward Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us; and if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of Him."
