We join with you in lifting up this prayer to our Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ. We are grateful for your heartfelt petition and we stand with you in agreement. Thank you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name.
Let us remember the words of the Apostle Peter, "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings" W1 Peter 5:8-9 WEB).
Father, we come before You, lifting up ### and their children. We thank You for Your faithfulness and the gift of a new day. We ask for Your divine protection over their lives, guarding them from all harm and danger. We pray for Your healing touch upon their hearts, souls, and bodies. Remove any anxiety or fear, and replace it with Your perfect peace, according to Philippians 4:6-7. "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Father, we ask for Your favor to surround ### and their children. Let them find grace in Your sight and in the sight of others. We also pray for their spiritual growth. Give them a hunger and thirst for Your Word and a deep desire to know You more. Guide them by Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in Your truth, according to Psalm 25:4-5. "Show me your ways, Yahweh. Teach me your paths. Guide me in your truth, and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation, I wait for you all day long."
We declare that ### and their children are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. Romans 8:37. "No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us." Let them be of good cheer, trusting the promises of God.
We do not have to fear anything that may come our way because we are walking in the authority of Jesus Christ. He has overcome anything that this world can throw at us. 1 John 5:4. "For whatever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has overcome the world: our faith."
We rejoice with you, ###, for another day, and we thank God for His goodness and mercy. We encourage you to continue to trust in the Lord with all your heart, leaning not on your own understanding, but acknowledging Him in all your ways, and He will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
