Torio, we join you in lifting up your requests to our heavenly Father, who is indeed the God of the living. We are blessed to come before Him in Jesus' name, the only name under heaven, given among men, by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Firstly, we rejoice with you in your new journey with ###. Marriage is a sacred institution, designed by God to reflect the union between Christ and His church (Ephesians 5:25-32). We pray that your union will be built on the solid foundation of God's word and that Jesus Christ will truly be the center of your marriage.
We pray, "Father God, pour out fresh oil and fresh wine into ###'s heart. Manifest Your power in him, and give him the spirit of Jesus. Bless ### and ### with abundant grace and mercy as they embark on this new journey. Let their marriage be a testament to Your love and glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We also want to encourage you both to continually seek God's will for your lives together. Remember, "Unless the LORD builds the house, they who build it labor in vain" (Psalm 127:1). Keep God at the forefront of your marriage, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of purity before marriage. God's design is for intimacy to be expressed within the bounds of marriage. As it is written, "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral" (Hebrews 13:4). We encourage you to honor God in this area as you prepare for your wedding day.
