Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, on behalf of our anonymous friend who is struggling with depression. We acknowledge that You are perfect and make no mistakes, and we thank You for all the blessings You have provided. We humbly ask for Your help in finding happiness amidst the darkness of depression. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 30:11, "You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have loosed my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness." We pray that You would lift the heavy burden of depression and fill our friend's heart with joy and peace.
Father, our friend desires to be obedient to You in all things and to live a holy life. We ask for the gift of obedience, knowing that it is only through Your grace and strength that we can walk in Your ways. Your Word encourages us in 1 Peter 1:15-16, "But as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written, 'Be holy, for I am holy.'" Please guide our friend and empower them to live a life that is pleasing to You.
We also ask for Your protection and restoration. In times of weakness and vulnerability, shield our friend from the attacks of the enemy and surround them with Your divine protection. Your Word assures us in Psalm 91:4, "He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler." We pray for restoration of their mind, body, and spirit, that they may experience Your healing touch and be made whole.
Father, we humbly ask for Your forgiveness for any sins committed. Your Word promises in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." We repent of our wrongdoings and ask for Your mercy and forgiveness.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your gentle grace and mercy alone. We submit to Your will, knowing that You have our best interests at heart. May Your name be glorified in our lives. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
May God bless and strengthen you, our anonymous friend, as you seek His guidance and find comfort in His presence. Remember that He is with you always, and He will never leave you nor forsake you.
