Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. We lift up this prayer request on behalf of ###, who desires to stand firm in their conviction and not be used as a ransom for someone else. Lord, we thank you for the strength and courage you have given them to prioritize the well-being of others and make sacrifices for their sake.
Father, we pray that you would protect ### from any attempts to manipulate or exploit them for evil purposes. Surround them with your divine hedge of protection and grant them discernment to recognize any schemes or deceitful intentions. Help them to remain steadfast in their commitment to righteousness and refuse to be used for any wicked purposes.
Lord, we are reminded of the words of Jesus in Matthew 10:16, where He said, "Behold, I am sending you out as sheep in the midst of wolves, so be wise as serpents and innocent as doves." We ask that you grant ### wisdom and discernment in every situation they encounter. May they walk in the light of your truth and be guided by your Holy Spirit.
We also pray, Lord, that you would strengthen ### in their faith and remind them of the power and authority they have in the name of Jesus Christ. Just as Jacob prayed and reminded you of your promises, we ask that you would help ### to stand on the firm foundation of your Word and claim the victory that is theirs through Christ.
Father, we pray that you would be glorified in this situation. May your name be exalted as ### remains faithful to you and resists any attempts to compromise their integrity. We trust in your unfailing love and your faithfulness to protect and guide your children.
