Father God, I appreciate all you have been doing in my life, at my work, my health, within my family, and my friends. I will forever praise and worship your name. Thank you, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Father God, we come before you in the name of Jesus, on behalf of ###, to express our gratitude for all that you have been doing in their life. We thank you for your provision and blessings in their work, their health, their family, and their friendships. We acknowledge that every good and perfect gift comes from you, and we are grateful for your faithfulness.

We join ### in praising and worshiping your holy name. You are worthy of all honor and glory, and we exalt you for your greatness and goodness. We acknowledge that you are the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and we thank you for your presence and guidance in every aspect of our lives.

As we continue to seek your kingdom and your will, we ask that you continue to lead and guide ### in their work, their relationships, and their overall journey. Grant them wisdom, strength, and favor in all that they do. May they continue to experience your love and grace in abundance.
