Lord, thank you for loving and protecting me. Praying for God's will for my life. I am still very heartbroken about the breakdown of my marriage. I feel helpless to do anything to save it. I don't know what the Lord want me to do or were the Lord is moving my life towards. Please help me Lord to see. In Jesus name I pray Amen! -

How encouraging to know that we have a Father in Heaven who invites us – even commands us – to bring our requests to Him (as in Philippians 4:6). And we do so confident in God’s faithfulness and compassion towards His children. I’m praying for you that God will provide favor, protection and peace according to His perfect will. Evil spirits still exist but they have no weapons. Jesus defeated them at the cross. All they can do is attack your mind and try to get you to do things that are against God's will. They can not live inside of you because God lives inside of you and won't allow it. They are powerless to harm you in any way.
God gave us the tools to fight them - they are found in the Bible:
1.Put on full armor of God
2.Pray a hedge of protection around you and your family
3.If they have stolen from you have them pay you back 7 fold.
4. Bind all evil sprits out of your life and your families life. What you bind on earth God will bind in heaven,
5.Then loose God's power to protect you, heal you and bless you.
6.You can also request enough Guardian and Warring Angels to protect you and keep evil spirits out of your life.
I will be praying in the same way for you.
I will bind all evil spirits from attacking your family from now on in Jesus name.
If you are feeling anxious or fearful those feelings are coming from your flesh. Your spirit produces
love, joy, peace, patience and a sound mind. God says to be led by your spirit and crucify your flesh.
Your spirit has unlimited power through Christ and has the ability to solve all of your fears and problems.

Things you can do for Anxiety:
1. Deep breathing daily...
2. Staying in the present moment.
3. Don't fortune tell- Think about the "what ifs" of the future.
4. Focus on what's in your control today.
5. We are always in control of our own actions, thoughts and feelings.
6. Prayer
7. Meditation
8. Exercise- walk or do something that moves your body
9. Control the controllables. Everything else give to God.
10.Don't "mind read" you never know what someone else is thinking
