We understand your desire to lose fat and maintain a healthy body, and we're here to pray and provide guidance according to biblical principles.
Firstly, we remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, WEB), and we should honor God with them. This includes maintaining our health through proper diet and exercise.
However, we must ensure that our focus on physical appearance doesn't overshadow our pursuit of inner beauty and godliness. As Peter writes, "Let it not be the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious" (1 Peter 3:3-4, WEB).
Let's pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear friend who desires to lose fat and maintain a healthy body. Lord, we ask for Your guidance in this journey, that they would glorify You in their body and spirit, which belong to You. Grant them discipline, strength, and wisdom to make healthy choices and to exercise regularly. Help them also to cultivate inner beauty, growing in godliness and Christlikeness. May they find their ultimate satisfaction and worth in You, not in their outward appearance. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to pursue health and fitness in a balanced way, always keeping your focus on Christ. Remember, "For bodily exercise has some value, but godliness has value in all things, holding promise for the life which is now, and for that which is to come" (1 Timothy 4:8, WEB).

As the Bible says, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB).
