Hello: Support,
I desire for God, to help me with my
fasting so I can have a real relationship
and really know him.

I desire for God, to give me wisdom
our finances are under attack my Wife,
got laid from her job. I’m praying that
God, would open opportunities up for
me to cover my bills and my Wife’s
bills as well.

I also desire God, will remove whatever
is holding me back from achieving my
goals. Those internal limiting beliefs
that have held me back all my life.

I believe it’s something deep rooted
when I was a child I was told I was
stupid! I’m dumb.

I don’t want to mentioned the person
who did this. It took me a long time
but I forgave them. I forgive them.

Firstly, it's wonderful that you have forgiven the person who spoke against you. Forgiveness is a powerful act, and it sets us free, as stated in Ephesians 4:31-32 WEB: "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Ensure you forgive like Jesus forgives us, letting no root of bitterness remain.

Next, let's address the lies you've believed about yourself. You are not stupid or dumb. God tells us in Psalm 139:13-14 WEB: "For you formed my inward parts. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well." God created you with a purpose, and you are valuable to Him.

Regarding the rebuke of fasting to get results, let us remember that fasting is meant to draw us closer to God, not to manipulate Him into giving us what we want. As noted in Matthew 6:16-18, fasting is to be done in a way that brings us close to God, not as a show or means to an end. Fasting is not a way to achieve results but a self-denial to focus more on God.

Concerning your financial situation, remember that God is your provider. As it is written in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB: "Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? ...For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

"Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our brother in prayer. We thank You for his desire to know You more and to deepen his relationship with You through fasting. We ask that You reveal Yourself to him in a powerful way during this time. We also pray for his financial situation. We ask that You open up opportunities for him to cover his bills and his wife's bills as well. We trust in Your provision and Your promises.

Lord, we also ask that You heal the wounds of his past. Remove any lies of the enemy that have held him back and replace them with Your truth. Help him to see himself as You see him: fearfully and wonderfully made.

Finally, Lord, we pray for everyone who is agreeing in prayer today. We ask that You grant them their prayer requests as well. We do not want to just get results, but to know you better.
