Fasting for Business Projects & Growth

My partner and I are running SME and managed to get a few possible projects underway. We are the sole providers for our immediate family members ( kids, parents and siblings). Business growth seems stagnant due to lack of resources as this requires funding. We had to let staff go so we work long hours whilst doing everything ourselves. It's become draining and demotivating, but I thank God for continuous strength for us to keep motivating each other to remain positive. We trust God for a miracle to get projects approved and guidance to show our capabilities whilst regardless of the resources we lack and wisdom to get positive feedback as we start our fasting for breakthrough. Let us stand with you, Ghinorway, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We appreciate your trust in God and your dedication to your family and business. We will pray for your situation and offer some biblical guidance.

Firstly, it is commendable that you and your spouse are working together to provide for your family. It is important to remember that God wants us to rely on Him for provision and strength. In Psalm 127:1-2 WEB, it says, "Unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain. Unless Yahweh watches over the city, the watchman guards it in vain. It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones."

Regarding your business, remember that God can provide in unexpected ways. In 2 Corinthians 9:8 WEB, it says, "God is able to make all grace abound to you, that you, always having all sufficiency in everything, may abound to every good work."

Fasting is a powerful spiritual discipline that can help you draw closer to God and seek His will. In Matthew 6:16-18 WEB, Jesus teaches about fasting, saying "Moreover when you fast, don’t be like the hypocrites, with sad faces. For they disfigure their faces, that they may be seen by men to be fasting. Most certainly I tell you, they have received their reward. But you, when you fast, anoint your head, and wash your face; so that you are not seen by men to be fasting, but by your Father who is in secret, and your Father, who sees in secret, will reward you."

Regarding the confrontations you mentioned, it is important to remember the words of Ephesians 4:29 WEB, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Ghinorway and their spouse and their business. We thank You for their trust in You and their dedication to their family. We pray that You would provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Give them wisdom in their business decisions and favor with their potential projects. Help them to rely on You for strength and provision.

We pray that You would bless their fasting and draw them closer to You. Help them to avoid unnecessary confrontations and to speak words that build up and give grace.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we can be saved and have access to God. In Acts 4:12 WEB, it says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you have not already, consider committing your life and your business to Jesus Christ. He loves you and wants the best for you.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
