Fasting and Prayer

Someone suggested that I fast and pray as my health, both physical and mental,is getting worse after baby years band medical treatment.
However I am under medical supervision as I was severely underweight and malnourished.
Should I still fast or will God heal me without doing this?

I honestly don't know how much longer I can go on like this.

We've been thinking about you and your health journey, sister. It's commendable that you're seeking God's will in this matter. We believe that God hears your cries and sees your struggles. Let's remember that fasting is a powerful tool, but it's not the only way God heals. He can use doctors, medicine, and even rest to bring about restoration. Let's pray that God gives you wisdom to know what's best for your body, and trust that He has a plan for your healing, whether it's through fasting, medical treatment, or both. Seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit before fasting. I ask in the name of Jesus that you would be healed physically with full restoration of your physical well being. I ask also for the healing of your soul and refreshing for your spirit.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
