First, let's ensure that the fast is approached biblically. Fasting should be done with a humble heart and not for show. As Jesus said, "Moreover when you fast, don't be like the hypocrites, with sad faces. For they disfigure their faces, that they may be seen by men to be fasting. Most certainly I tell you, they have received their reward." Matthew 6:16 WEB

Let's pray for God's guidance and strength during this fast:

"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our fellow believer, Reborn12345. As they prepare for this fast, we pray for Your will and Your strength to be upon them. Guide them, Lord, and reveal to them the areas where they need Your breakthrough. Help them to remain steadfast and humble throughout the fast, always seeking Your face and not just Your hand.

We rebuke any temptation that may try to distract or discourage them during this time. As Your Word says, 'Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the bands of the yoke, and to let the oppressed go free, and that you break every yoke?' Isaiah 58:6 WEB. We claim this promise over Reborn12345's life.

Lastly, we pray that Reborn12345 will see the fruits of this fast, that their relationship with You will deepen, and that they will experience the fullness of Your blessings. We ask all this in Jesus Christ name. Amen."

Remember, Reborn12345, that fasting is not just about abstaining from food but about drawing near to God and seeking His will. As you fast, spend time in prayer, worship, and reading God's Word. Also, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.

Jesus said, "And whenever you fast, do not put on a gloomy face as the hypocrites do, for they neglect their appearance that they may be seen by men when they are fasting. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full." (Matthew 6:16, NASB) Let's ensure our hearts are right and our motives pure.

Let's also pray for God's protection during this time. "No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their vindication is from me, declares the Lord." (Isaiah 54:17, ESV)

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
