In this time of need, we must also remember the importance of prayer and calling on the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to God, and it is by His stripes that we are healed (John 14:13-14, 1 Peter 2:24). We pray that ### will be comforted by Your presence, knowing that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We ask that You grant him a swift recovery, that he may be released from the hospital soon and bear witness to Your healing power.
Lord, we also pray for ###'s loved ones, that they may be filled with Your peace and strength during this difficult time. Help them to trust in You and to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
