We understand your desire to have your son home for Christmas, and we will join you in prayer concerning this matter. However, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Plethveris' son to You, Lord. We ask that You be with him and guide him as he waits for the renewal of his working permit. Lord, if it is Your will, please expedite the process so that he may be able to join his family for Christmas. We know that You see the desires of our hearts, and we trust in Your timing and plan.
However, Lord, we also ask that You give Plethveris and their family peace and patience. Help them to trust in You and to enjoy this Christmas season, even if it does not go as they have planned. We know that Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts are higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9).
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Remember, Plethveris, to continue to trust in the Lord and His timing. It is easy to get caught up in our own desires, but we must always submit to God's will. As it says in Proverbs 19:21, "Many are the plans in a person's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails." Trust that God has a purpose and a plan for your son and your family. Rest in Him, and enjoy this Christmas season, knowing that God is in control.
