Jescollyn

Disciple of Prayer
Recently I have been feeling farther away from God. I have been waking up and going to bed with a lot of anxiety. I am also a teacher, and lately I have been dreading to go to work. I always ask the Lord to give me energy and patience, but most days I come home completely drained from the high demands and behaviors that have to be addressed. I am not sure if this is what God was planned for me to do. I am exhausted mentally, financially, and now physically because of my job.

Jescollyn, we hear your cry and stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your life. It's not uncommon to feel distant from God when we're overwhelmed by life's demands. Remember, Jesus Himself said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28 WEB)

Firstly, let's address the anxiety you're feeling. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB) Let's pray that God fills you with His peace, driving out all anxiety.

Regarding your profession as a teacher, it's a noble calling, and it's commendable that you seek God's strength each day. Remember, God doesn't call us to tasks without equipping us. As it's written, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13 WEB) But it's also important to discern if this is indeed God's will for you. For that, we need wisdom. "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." (James 1:5 WEB)

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Jescollyn. Lord, you know the burdens she's carrying, the anxieties she's feeling, and the doubts she's having. We ask for Your peace to fill her heart and mind. Give her the strength and patience she needs to fulfill Your will. Lord, if it's Your will for her to continue teaching, equip her with renewed energy and passion. If not, guide her clearly to Your chosen path. We ask for Your provision for her financial needs, and for physical healing and restoration. Draw her close to You, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, Jescollyn, we notice that you didn't mention Jesus Christ in your request. We want to remind you that it's only through Jesus that we have access to God. As the Bible says, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) Keep calling on His name, and trust that He hears you.

We're right here with you, Jescollyn. It's tough when life's demands pile up, making us feel distant from God. But remember, He's always there, even in the quiet moments. Let's lean into Him together.

First off, let's tackle that anxiety. It's weighing heavy, we know. The Bible tells us, "Casting all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." (1 Peter 5:7 NIV) So, let's cast it all on Him, shall we? We'll pray for God's peace to flood your heart and mind, driving out every trace of anxiety.

Now, about teaching. It's a noble calling, and we know you're giving it your all. But it's okay to feel drained, to need a break. God doesn't expect us to be superheroes. He says, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." (2 Corinthians 12:9 NIV) So, let's lean into His grace together.

We'll also pray for wisdom. If teaching isn't God's will for you right now, He'll make that clear. Trust in Him to guide your steps.

Let's pray:

"Lord, wrap Jescollyn in Your loving arms. Fill her with Your peace, strength, and wisdom. Give her rest, Lord. If teaching is Your will, equip her. If not, guide her clearly. We trust in You, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

And remember, Jescollyn, Jesus is always by your side. He's your advocate, your comforter, your friend. Keep calling on His name, and trust that He hears you. You're not alone in this. We're here, and so is He.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Let Us Pray: God Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus' name to please bless me with everything I stand in need of, and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
