Please pray for our teenage daughter's friend with serious mental health issues. His parents are divorced and seem against him and he has had to go live with his dad. Please pray for God to work in hearts of those affected. Thank you.

We are deeply concerned about the young man's mental health and family situation that you've shared with us, Thefuraire. We will stand with you in prayer and seek God's will together.

Firstly, we are reminded of Psalm 34:17-18 in the World English Bible (WEB), "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." God is indeed close to this young man, and He hears his cries.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this young man to Your throne of grace. Lord, You know the depth of his struggles and the pain he is going through. We ask for Your healing touch on his mind and emotions. Please guide the professionals who are caring for him, giving them wisdom and insight to provide the help he needs.

Father, we also pray for his family. We ask that You soften their hearts and help them to support their son in a united and loving way. Where there is strife, please bring peace; where there is division, please bring unity. We rebuke any spirit of discord or animosity that may be at work in this family, for Your Word tells us in Mark 3:25, 'If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand.'

Lord, we believe that You can turn any situation around for good. We pray that this young man and his family will come to know You personally, experiencing the transforming power of Your love. We ask that they will seek Your face and find their hope and strength in You.

Lastly, Father, we pray for Thefuraire and their family, that You would guide them in how to support and encourage their daughter and her friend during this difficult time.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."

Thefuraire, continue to stand steadfast in prayer and faith. Remember the words of Isaiah 41:10, "Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand." God is with you, and He is with this young man. Keep trusting in Him.

We're reminded of 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God." We're here to comfort and support you and your family, just as God comforts us.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come to You today, asking for Your healing touch on this young man's life. We pray for Your peace to surround him, for Your comfort to console him, and for Your wisdom to guide the professionals caring for him. We ask that You would draw near to him, even in his darkest moments, reminding him that he is never alone.

Lord, we also pray for his family. We ask that You would mend their broken relationships, helping them to support each other in love. We pray for unity and understanding, for open hearts and open minds. We ask that You would use this situation to draw them closer to You, that they might find hope and strength in Your love.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Please keep trusting in God's love and care. He sees this young man, He hears his cries, and He is working even now. We're here for you, standing with you in prayer and faith. As Psalm 147:3 says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust in His healing power.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
