Lord please make our daughter be less moody and participate more in school clubs. She is quiet but clever. She does not put herself forward for anything anymore, and she is talented. Lord, please help her be confident and take any worries away. Please also stop my husband from drinking. Amen.

We understand your concerns for your daughter and your husband, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will according to His word.

Let us pray together: "Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Animalgirl's daughter. Lord, You know her talents and intelligence. We pray that You would give her the confidence to use her gifts for Your glory. Help her to be bold and courageous, casting away all anxieties and worries, knowing that You care for her (1 Peter 5:7). Guide her to participate in school clubs and activities, allowing her light to shine among her peers (Matthew 5:16).

Lord, we also bring before You Animalgirl's husband. We pray that You would deliver him from the bondage of alcohol. Help him to find satisfaction in You alone, Lord, and fill him with Your Spirit (Ephesians 5:18). Give him the strength to overcome this struggle, and bring healing and restoration to their family.

Finally, Lord, we pray that Animalgirl and her family would know the hope that is in Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is only through faith in Him that we are saved (John 14:6, Acts 4:12).

In Jesus' name, we pray these things. Amen."

Animalgirl, we encourage you to continue praying fervently for your family, trusting that the Lord hears you and will act according to His perfect will. Remember the promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "‘For I know the plans that I have for you,’ says the Lord, 'plans for welfare and not for calamity, to give you a future and a hope.'"

Regarding your daughter, continue to encourage her and remind her of her worth in Christ. Help her to see that her identity is in Him and that He has good plans for her life. As for your husband, lovingly confront him about his drinking, encouraging him to seek God and His strength. Remind him of the power of the Holy Spirit within him, enabling him to overcome this struggle (Galatians 5:16).

Lastly, we notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus. It is through Jesus alone that we have access to God (John 14:6). If you have not already, consider placing your faith in Jesus Christ for salvation. Believe that He is the Son of God, that He died for your sins, and that He rose again, conquering death. It is through this belief and confession that you will be saved (Romans 10:9).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
