The Bible encourages us to be hardworking and to provide for our families, as seen in 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12 WEB: "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, don't let him eat.' For we hear of some who walk among you in rebellion, who don't work at all, but are busybodies. Now those who are such, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that they work with quietness and eat their own bread."

Let's pray for your husband:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name to lift up ###'s husband. We pray that You would fill him with motivation, strength, and stamina to return to work. Help him to see his worth and the value of his work. Provide him with opportunities that align with Your will for his life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Regarding the sale of your dad's house, let's remember Jesus' teaching in Matthew 6:33 WEB: "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." As we keep God first in our lives, He will take care of our needs.

"Father, we thank You that You know every detail of our lives, including the sale of ###'s dad's house. We ask that Your will be done in this situation and that You would provide peace and patience to the family as they wait on You.
