We understand your concerns and we are here to pray with you and offer guidance based on God's word.
Firstly, let's pray for your husband. In John 14:27, Jesus says, "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." We pray that the Lord will fill your husband with His peace, comfort his heart, and guide him to His love. May he find his strength and joy in the Lord.
Regarding the sale of the house, we trust in the Lord's timing. In Ecclesiastes 3:1, it's written, "For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under the sky." We pray that the Lord will bring the right person for the house at the right time, and that His will be done in this situation.
We commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as He says in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
However, we gently rebuke the focus on political parties or personal agreements. While we can pray for our leaders and situations, our ultimate trust should be in God, not man. As Psalm 118:8 says, "It is better to take refuge in the Lord, than to put confidence in man."

Keep your faith and trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and acts according to His perfect will.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
