Gwalthad, we join with you in lifting up your family and wife before the throne of grace, trusting in the power of our Lord Jesus Christ to heal and restore.
In the Bible, we are reminded of the power of prayer and the promise that Jesus gave us: "Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them" (Matthew 18:19-20, WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus, interceding for ###'s family and wife. Lord, You know their needs and the desires of their hearts. We ask for Your healing touch upon them, whether it be physical, emotional, or spiritual healing that they require. We claim Your promise in Psalm 147:3, which tells us that You heal the broken in heart, and bind up their wounds.
Father, we also pray for unity and love to abound in their family, as we are encouraged in Colossians 3:14 to put on love, which is the bond of perfection. We ask that their home will be a place of peace, understanding, and growth in You.
In Jesus' name, we believe and claim these promises for ###'s family and wife. Amen.
