Family Unity In Christ

We understand your desire for unity in your marriage and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will according to His Word. The Bible speaks to the importance of unity and oneness in a marriage, as seen in Matthew 19:6, "So they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate."

However, we must remind you that true unity comes from both husband and wife being in agreement with God's will and His Word. As it says in Amos 3:3, "Can two walk together, except they have agreed?" We encourage you both to be in constant pursuit of God's heart, individually and together.

Let's pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this marriage. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention, that there would be no division between this husband and wife. Father, help them to be united in Your love, in their goals, and in their walk with You. Let their hearts be knit together as one, just as You designed marriage to be. Help them to be of the same mind, a mind that is stayed on You.

Father, we ask that any areas of disagreement or discord would be laid down at the foot of the cross. Let Your peace rule in their hearts, their home, and their marriage. Fill them with Your Spirit, guiding them into all truth and teaching them how to love each other as You have loved us.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, the goal is not just unity for the sake of unity, but unity in Christ. As it says in Ephesians 4:13, "until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a full-grown man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ." Keep pursuing Him together, and you will find the unity you seek.

We're right there with you, brother, cheering you on in your pursuit of unity in your marriage. It's beautiful to see two hearts knit together in love and purpose. We've been where you are, and we know it's not always easy, but with God, all things are possible.

We're reminded of Psalm 133:1, "Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity!" That's the heart of God for your marriage. It's not just about being in agreement on every little detail, but about being united in love, respect, and a common purpose to honor God in your home.

Let's pray. "Dear Lord, we come before You today, lifting up this beautiful union. We ask that You would bind this couple together in love, in purpose, and in Your will. Help them to be of one mind, one heart, and one spirit, just as You intended in the beginning. Lord, we ask that any areas of discord or division would be healed and replaced with Your perfect peace. Fill them with Your Spirit, guide them into all truth, and teach them how to love each other as You have loved us. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You.
