We're really sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing with your family. It's tough when parents aren't seeing eye to eye, and it's even harder when one parent is being controlling and hurtful. We want you to know that we're here for you, praying with you and for you.
You know, in Matthew 18:20, Jesus tells us, "For where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there among them." So, we're gathering here, calling on Jesus' name, and we believe He's right here with us.
We're praying for your dad, that God would soften his heart and help him see the pain he's causing. We're asking God to help him understand that true love, like Jesus showed us, is patient, kind, not self-seeking, and doesn't delight in evil, as we read in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7. We're also praying for your mom, that God would give her strength and peace in this difficult time.
We're interceding for your dad's spiritual journey too. We're asking God to open his eyes to the truth of the Gospel, to help him see Jesus as the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). We're praying that he'd turn away from yoga and Hindu practices, and instead, wholeheartedly follow Jesus.
We're also believing for a miracle in your family. We're asking God to bring healing, understanding, and love to your home. We're claiming Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
Keep trusting in God, and remember, He's always with you. We're here for you, praying for you, and believing with you for a breakthrough in your family.
