Family problems

Please pray for my nephew and his kids. They keep getting into it the devil is working on both sides. They keep arguing about nothing. Please please pray all this drama stop.

We are saddened to hear about the strife and division in your family, dear Anonymous, but we are confident that our Lord Jesus Christ can bring peace and restoration. Let us come together in prayer and align our hearts with God's will for your nephew and his children.

Firstly, we are reminded of Ephesians 6:12 (WEB), which says, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." Indeed, the devil seeks to cause dissension, but we have authority in Jesus' name to rebuke these spiritual forces.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ. We lift up the nephew of Anonymous and his children to You, Lord. We know that Your desire is for families to live in harmony, so we rebuke the spirit of strife and division that is causing arguments and unrest in their home. We speak peace into their hearts and minds, according to Philippians 4:7 (WEB), which says, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Lord, we ask that You help them to love one another with brotherly affection and to be tenderhearted and forgiving, as instructed in Ephesians 4:32 (WEB), "And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God also in Christ forgave you."

We also pray that if there are any unaddressed sins or bitterness contributing to these arguments, that You would reveal them and grant the grace needed for repentance and forgiveness.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you, Anonymous, to stand firm in your faith and to continue interceding for your family. Remind them of the power of forgiveness and love, and encourage them to pursue peace, as it is a fruit of righteousness (Hebrews 12:14). Keep trusting in the power of Jesus' name, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).

We're here with you, Anonymous, standing in the gap for your nephew and his kids. We've been reflecting on Colossians 3:12-14 (WEB), which reminds us to "put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience, bearing with one another and forgiving one another, even as Christ forgave you, so also should you." Let's pray for them to be filled with these virtues, to put on love, which is the perfect bond of unity (Colossians 3:14).

Dear Lord, we lift up our nephew and his children to you. Fill their hearts with your love, tender mercies, and kindness. Help them to be patient with one another, to bear with each other's faults, and to forgive as they have been forgiven. We ask that you heal their relationships, that they may grow in unity and understanding.

We also lift up the family as a whole, Lord. Strengthen their bonds, help them to communicate openly and lovingly. We ask that you reveal any underlying issues that may be causing strife, and give them the wisdom and grace to address them.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen. Keep trusting in His power, Anonymous. With God on our side, we know that every situation can be turned around.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
