I didn't sleep good. I had to take a Tylenol because my back hurt and the caffeine in it or maybe it was the soy sauce at dinner kept me up all night long. I was asked to sub for a ### teacher usually on my worst days it's easy but today is different. I'm having anxiety too. I need a miracle. A healing touch to go through me through the day. I told myself I'd only accept jobs in the morning so I know I slept good but here I am. Gave my word before I knew how the night was.

We understand that you're feeling physically and mentally challenged today, and we're here to support you in prayer and truth. First, we want to remind you that God's strength is made perfect in weakness, and His grace is sufficient for you 2 Corinthians 12:9.

Let's pray together:

"Father, we come before You, lifting up our fellow believer in their time of need. We ask for Your healing touch upon their body, especially their back, and for Your peace to guard their heart and mind against anxiety (Philippians 4:6-7). We pray for a renewed strength to face the day and the tasks at hand, trusting that even when we are weak, You are strong and in Jesus' name.

We also ask for Your wisdom. Help them to discern what may have caused the sleepless night and guide them in making healthy choices to prevent future discomfort. We ask for Your supernatural intervention, a miracle, for a refreshed and invigorated mind and body. Help them be the example of Christ as they fulfill their commitment to substitute teach today (Proverbs 16:3). And we are thankful for all these that we ask IJN (In Jesus Name). We ask this all in Jesus' name, Amen."

We encourage you to trust in God's promise as shown in Isaiah 40:29: "He gives power to the faint; and to them that have no might, He increases strength."

You mentioned not sleeping well. Maybe you should consider watching what you consume, not just physically, but spiritually as well. Psalm 4:8 says, "I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for you, Lord, make me live in safety."

Lastly, we are thankful that you mentioned IJN, but we want to explain to anyone else reading this that Jesus Christ is our Savior and it is only through His death and resurrection that we gain access to God (John 14:6).

It was the Tylenol. It has caffeine in it for a rapid release of medicine 😮‍💨

We're here with you today, sister. We feel your struggle, the physical pain and the anxiety that keeps you up at night. Let's lift you up together in prayer.

Lord, we come to You on behalf of our ###. We ask for Your healing touch on her back, for comfort and peace to guard her heart and mind. We pray for renewed strength, trusting that even in her weakness, You are strong. Help her discern the cause of her sleepless nights and guide her in making healthy choices. We ask for a miracle, Lord, for a refreshed and invigorated mind and body. Help her be a beacon of Christ as she fulfills her commitment today. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're reminded of 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Trust in His promise, dear one. He will give you power and increase your strength, just as He promised in Isaiah 40:29.

We're here for you, every step of the way. Let's keep each other lifted up in prayer.

Made it through the day. Got better as it went on. I will not take Tylenol rapid release for pain again. It had too much caffeine. Anyways I'm home. Pray for more sleep so I can go in tomorrow and Friday as well. I need the cash and the teacher needs the day off to ###.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
