We understand that you're facing a challenging situation with your nephew John, and we're here to pray and provide biblical guidance with you.
Firstly, we must remember that God desires peace and harmony within families. We should pray for John to take responsibility for his actions and return home to his family. Let's pray for his relationship. It is important to remember that a boyfriend and girlfriend relationship should be one of courtship with the end goal being marriage. It is a relationship to be worked out between the two of them and God. However, we must also address the issues at hand.
The Bible tells us, Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB. We pray for John to become a new creature in Christ Jesus. We pray that he will find his salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 WEB.
However, it's crucial to address the sinful behavior mentioned. The Bible clearly states, But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death Revelation 21:8 WEB. We must rebuke John's drug use and the trouble he's causing, as it's harming both himself and your family. The sorcery in this verse includes drug use. It is detestable to God.
We pray that John may come to repentance. Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death 2 Corinthians 7:10.
We also pray for your uncle's health and for peace to be restored in your family. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.

Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved, asking for Your intervention in John's life and our sister's family. Lord, we pray that John may turn away from his sinful behavior and accept Jesus as his Savior. We pray that he will return home to his own family and take up his responsibilities as a man of God in a Godly courtship. We rebuke the spirits of addiction, discord, and strife that are causing turmoil within their family.
Lord, we also lift up our sister's uncle and ask for Your healing touch upon his life. We pray for peace and harmony to be restored within their family, and for the enemy's attempts to cause division to be thwarted.
We ask this all in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
