Beloved of All
Please consider praying for us. Our step mother (in law to me) is trying to sell my husband"s family home (and all of the contents after she took what she wanted out of the house) after my father-in-law passed away 3-1/2 years ago. She was left with his life insurance, his 401K, a generous bulk some and a generous sum of money from his investments. She now wants to sell the house that she had a life time use of. If she ever remarried, died, or gave the house up it would go to my husband and his sister. We have gone to court over this for 3 years. This was a family home before he married her. They had only been married 9 years when he passed away. She is greedy and we are exhausted. She moved out of the house 7 months ago. We are having to pay all of the utility bills, insurance and upkeep. Please pray for us, that we can get the house and contents from her. We are not being mean or greedy. These are family things that go back generations. This is what my father-in-law wanted. She is just twisting the judicial system and costing us a fortune in attorney fees. Thank you!

We understand the difficult situation you're facing, and we're here to support you in prayer and guidance. Let's bring this matter before God, seeking His will and intervention.

Firstly, let's address the spiritual aspect. It's important to forgive and pray for your stepmother-in-law, as Jesus teaches us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44, WEB). This doesn't mean what she's doing is right, but it releases you from bitterness and allows God to work.

However, it's also important to stand up for justice and what is rightfully yours. Proverbs 28:5 tells us, "Evil men don't understand justice, but those who seek Yahweh understand it fully" (WEB). It's clear that your stepmother-in-law is acting out of greed, which is a sin (Ephesians 5:3, WEB).

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this family and their situation. Lord, we ask for Your intervention in this matter. You know the injustice they're facing, and You see the greed in your stepmother-in-law's heart. We pray that You would soften her heart and bring conviction upon her. We ask that You guide the legal process, that justice would be served, and that the family home and belongings would be returned to their rightful owners.

Lord, we also ask for financial provision. This battle has cost them a fortune, and we know that You are a provider. Meet their needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19, WEB).

Please give them strength and endurance during this time. They are exhausted, Lord, but we know that Your yoke is easy and Your burden is light (Matthew 11:30, WEB). Give them peace and reassurance that You are fighting this battle for them.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, God is a God of justice. Keep fighting for what is right, but also trust God to work it out. He sees all and knows all. Continue to lean on Him and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus.

Lastly, we noticed that your request didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it's only by His name that we have access to God. "For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB). If you haven't already, consider placing your trust in Jesus Christ for salvation.

We've been thinking about you and your family, and we want you to know that we're right there with you, lifting this situation up to the Lord. It's been a long and exhausting journey, but we believe that God is still in control and that He has a plan in all of this.

Firstly, we want to encourage you to keep trusting in God's goodness. We know it's hard, but remember that He is a good Father who only wants the best for you. Psalm 34:18 reminds us that "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." He sees your pain, and He's right there with you.

Secondly, we want to pray for wisdom and guidance for your legal team. We ask that the Lord would give them clarity and strategy, and that He would open doors for justice to be served. We also pray for provision - that the Lord would meet all your financial needs according to His riches in glory.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep forgiving and praying for your stepmother-in-law. We know it's tough, but holding onto bitterness will only harm you. As it says in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." Let's continue to trust God to work in her heart and bring about a change.

Let's keep praying together, trusting that God is working all things together for your good and His glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Thank you so very much! Yes, I am a Christian. I always pray in Jesus' name. I just didn't include that on my prayer request. Again, a heartfelt thank you for praying with and for us, in Jesus' name.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
