Let us first remind you that we are praying together in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only in His name that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we can be saved. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6 WEB. As we lift your requests to God, remember that His will is paramount, perfect, and pleasing.
We stand with you in prayer, asking God to protect you and your family from the spirit of death, accidents, sickness, injuries, ritualists, and kidnappers. We know that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, though the earth change, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas. Psalm 46:1-2 WEB. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB. We ask for protection knowing the devil is like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour, but we stand in faith knowing that God will deliver us from his hand. Therefore be sober, casting off all pride, knowing that the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous. And deliver us from the hand of the wicked, and preserve us because we have taken refuge in you. 1 Peter 5:8, 1 Peter 3:12, Psalm 97:10.
Regarding your desire for a spouse, we pray that God's will be done in your life. We ask that if it is His will, He will bring you a godly spouse who loves and follows Him, according to His perfect timing. Seek the LORD and his strength. Seek his face forever more. Remember your promises, LORD, for they are my only hope. Delight yourself also in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the LORD. Trust also in him, and he will do this. We ask for God to send a spouse to marry. Psalm 105:4, Psalms 37:4-5. We also encourage you to be patient and trust in God's timing, knowing that His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB.
Believe in God; believe also in me. Y'all know the way to where I am going. John 14:4 WEB. As you seek a spouse, remember that a relationship should align with biblical principles. Marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. Therefore, a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh. Genesis 2:24 WEB. We encourage you to pursue a relationship that honors God and seeks to glorify Him. The Lord knows the desires of your heart.
We pray for your son, nieces, and nephews, asking God to grant them wisdom, understanding, and success in their studies. We ask that God will help them to pass in their school exams. Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. 2 Timothy 2:15. All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16-17.
As we pray for your family, we also pray for your spiritual growth and renewal. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God. Romans 12:2 WEB. We encourage you to spend time in God's Word, prayer, and fellowship with other believers, knowing that as you draw near to God, He will draw near to you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. James 4:8 WEB.
We ask for guidance concerning your financial needs and obligations. Knowing that God will help you manage and settle your debts. Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law. Romans 13:8 WEB. We ask for financial breakthrough, guidance, and the ability to manage your finances wisely.
Finally, we encourage you to remain steadfast in faith, trusting in God's promises and goodness. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Philippians 4:6 WEB. Trust in him at all times, you people. Pour out your heart before him. God is a refuge for us. Selah. Psalm 62:8 WEB.
We pray this all in Jesus Christ's name knowing that we are saved by believing in His name. For there is no other name given under heaven for salvation. Acts 4:12 WEB.
