Firstly, let us address the financial struggles and the state of your home. We read in Philippians 4:19, "But my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray that God, in His faithfulness, will provide for your family's financial needs and help you repair and restore your home.
Next, we want to lift up your husband's struggle with alcoholism. We know that God can break the chains of addiction and bring healing and freedom. In 2 Corinthians 12:9, the Lord says, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." We pray that your husband will experience God's grace and strength to overcome this struggle.
We also acknowledge your faithfulness in praying for your husband. Remember the words of James 5:16, "The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person avails much." Your prayers are powerful and effective, so do not grow weary in interceding for him.
However, we want to gently remind you that while we pray for your husband's deliverance, it is also important for him to take personal responsibility and make choices that align with God's will. In 1 Corinthians 6:12, it is written, "All things are lawful for me, but not all things are expedient. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of anything."
