Please pray for Jesus to remove those false advertisement and false interview whereby the companies does not have such positions or if they ask you down for an interview, it is either the recruiting manager wants to insult and humiliates the candidates or ask them to do some technical programming test for the role of programming after the test is done the company will say the candidate Singaporean failed the test but use the programming codes provided for monetary gains by using it by letting existing staff mostly Indian national to copy without hiring the Singaporean person. Until the customer found out that this was a copied code by the Singapore and violates the copyright law because they copied whole sale from the copyrighted project as they own commercial purpose without giving due credit to the programmer.

We understand your concern and frustration, Dexter2020. False job advertisements and unethical practices are not only dishonest but also harm those seeking genuine opportunities. We stand with you in prayer and offer the following biblical encouragement and guidance.

Firstly, we must remember that God sees all that is done in secret and will bring every deed into the light. As it is written in Luke 8:17 WEB, "For nothing is hidden, that will not be revealed; nor anything secret, that will not be known and come to light." We pray that these dishonest practices will be exposed and that those responsible will be held accountable.

We also pray for the protection of job seekers, that they may be guided towards genuine opportunities. In Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, we are reminded to "trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." We pray that job seekers will be discerning and guided by God's wisdom.

Moreover, we must remember that God is our provider, and He has a plan for each of us. In Matthew 6:33 WEB, Jesus teaches us to "seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." We pray that those affected will seek God first and trust in His provision.

However, we must also address that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to call upon His name and trust in Him.

Lastly, we pray for the business environment, that it may be filled with integrity and honesty. We pray against corruption and deceit, and we ask God to bless those who act with fairness and truth.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this concern about false job advertisements. We pray that You expose the darkness and bring to light these unethical practices. Protect and guide job seekers towards genuine opportunities, and provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. We also pray for the salvation of those involved in these dishonest practices, that they may turn away from their deceitful ways and come to know You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
