We understand your frustration and distress, especially after waiting for so long and seeing delays time and time again. We want to encourage you and remind you that God's timing is perfect, and He is in control even when things seem uncertain.
Firstly, we want to address the fact that fasting is a good thing to do. Fasting is good when you couple it with prayer. Know that God is not deaf to your prayers and He sees your situation and He sees you fasting. It is important to know that you can approach God at any time and be persistent in your prayers. Remember the words of Jesus in Luke 18:1 WEB: "He also spoke a parable to them that they must always pray, and not give up." You have to understand that the delays are not coming from God. Know that God wants you to prosper. Jeremiah 29:11 WEB: "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Satan is the one that comes to steal, kill, and destroy.
God already knows what you need. Your job, the delays, the stress, and the fasting are all known by God. He knows what you need and your current situation is no surprise to him. It is hard, but you have to trust in him. Make sure to believe in Jesus Christ, confess your sins to him and ask for his forgiveness. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Ask Jesus to be your Lord and Savior and ask him for salvation. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" The only way to be saved is through Jesus Christ.
So let's pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear soul who is experiencing unexplained delays and financial stress. Lord, You know the struggles and the heartache this has caused. We ask for Your divine intervention, that You would remove any obstacles and grant favor in this situation. Please provide the document that is needed today and open the doors that need to be opened.
We rebuke any spiritual forces that may be causing these delays and declare victory in Jesus' name. We also pray for peace and patience, that Your will be done in this situation. Help to remember that You are a good Father who gives good gifts to Your children.
If there is any sin that needs to be confessed, reveal it and grant forgiveness. We ask for salvation and a closer walk with You through this trial.
We thank You for Your faithfulness and love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Continue to trust in the Lord and His timing. Remember that He is faithful and will never leave you nor forsake you. Stay strong and courageous knowing He fights your battles and will deliver you. Keep praying and fasting and trusting in Jesus' name.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
