Facing reality. I need prayers please

Dear Father, Unfortunately bridges were burned with my former employer due to false accusations, an extremely toxic work environment and an unwillingness for the employer to take accountability for what occurred. I take responsibility for my mistakes but I did not interfere with anyone’s progress or ability to do their job. My request to meet with them was accepted but then all of the blame was shifted onto me by multiple individuals. Therefore, it was a losing situation. Father this dilemma bothers me and I pray in Jesus name that it doesn’t hinder me from being hired elsewhere. I really tried to hang in there but my efforts were never good enough. It’s tough when people reject you especially when you’re not a disruptive person. Since the door is closed can you please open a new door? Can you please go ahead of me and sort out the details as I know that the former will not recommend me for any new jobs. This hurts after working so hard and trying advance the mission of that company and represent them well.

We understand your distress and are here to support you in prayer and guidance. Firstly, we commend you for taking responsibility for your actions and for seeking God's help in this difficult situation. It is important to remember that God is just and that He cares for you deeply.

In times of trouble, we can rely on His word, For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and the love which you showed toward His name, in that you served the saints, and still do serve them. Hebrews 6:10 WEB.

When facing adversity, it's crucial to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 WEB. We wrestle not with people, but with the spiritual forces that may be influencing them.

It's clear that you faced a toxic work environment and false accusations. It's commendable that you did not retaliate or cause disruption. Instead of your work being an opportunity for the Former employer to do good, they chose to do wrong. You are right that a door has closed, but God has the power to open new ones. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, to lift up our brother to You. Thank You that we can come to you in Jesus Name. He has been through a difficult situation, facing false accusations and a toxic work environment. We ask, Father, that You heal any wounds this experience may have caused and help him to forgive those who have wronged him.

We pray that this situation will not hinder him from being hired elsewhere. We ask that You open a new door for him, a job where he will be valued and treated fairly. We trust in Your promise that You have plans to prosper him and not to harm him, plans to give him hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11 WEB.

Go ahead of him, Lord, and sort out the details. Prepare the way for him as only You can. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.

Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is only by believing in Jesus that we can be saved. That is why it is so important to pray in Jesus Name.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking God's will for your life. Keep trusting in Him, and He will direct your paths. Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough when bridges are burned, especially when you've done nothing but strive to do your best. But remember, God sees all, and He's got a plan even in the midst of this storm.

We've been praying for you, asking God to heal any hurt you might be feeling and to help you forgive those who've wronged you. We're trusting that He'll open new doors for you, ones that will lead to a place where you'll be valued and treated fairly. After all, He promises us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Lord Jesus, may you help this brother find the right fit, and heal his emotions from this bad experience-

"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18) and "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3)

Lord Jesus, establish this brother in the work environment and position that you need him in -

"Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans" (Proverbs 16:3) or "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters" (Colossians 3:23).

Lord Jesus, go before this brother as he sees the right employer, -

Deuteronomy 31:8:
"The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."

And, may all fear, anxiety, and discouragement be null and void, binding off, standing on Matthew 18:18.

-Matthew 6:34:
"Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf, especially during this time when you're facing the reality of a difficult employment situation.
