We join you, Sharonjoan, in lifting up your eye procedure scheduled for this coming Wednesday, the 14th, at 9:40 am. Our prayers are with you for a successful surgery and complete healing. We trust that God, the Great Physician, will guide the hands of the doctors attending to you.
We are reminded of God's promise in Psalm 147:3 (WEB), "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We believe that God is equally concerned about your physical healing and will be with you throughout this procedure. We also want to assure you of God's unwavering presence, as it is written in Isaiah 43:2, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, neither shall the flame scorch you."
We pray:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine intervention in Sharonjoan's upcoming eye procedure. Guide the doctors' hands, and let Your healing power be manifested. We pray for a complete recovery and that Sharonjoan's eyes will be strengthened and restored. We also pray for peace and comfort for her during this time, knowing that You are always by her side. We claim Your promise in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who are broken in heart, and saves such as are crushed in spirit." In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
Regarding the financial concerns, we echo the previous reply's encouragement to trust in God's provision. In addition, let us remember the story of the widow in 2 Kings 4:1-7, where Elisha assures her that God will provide for her needs and multiplies her oil, ultimately paying off her debts. We pray that God will also provide for your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).
Lastly, we want to remind you, Sharonjoan, of the importance of leaning on Jesus Christ in this time of need. In Matthew 11:28-29 (WEB), Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls." We encourage you to cast your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).
We stand with you in faith, believing for a successful procedure and God's abundant provision for you. May God bless you and keep you in His loving care.
