We join you in lifting up your eye surgery and the journeys to and from the procedure to our loving Father in heaven. We are grateful that you have brought your requests before God in the name of Jesus, as Scripture tells us that we have been blessed with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places in Christ.
Firstly, we pray for your eye surgery. We ask God, the Great Physician, to guide the medical staff during the procedure. May their hands be steady and their minds sharp as they care for you. We stand on the promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds". We pray that your surgery will go smoothly and successfully, and that your eyes will be healed and your vision renewed.
We also lift up the drives to and from the surgery. We pray for a hedge of protection around you, the driver, your relationship, and the car. We stand against any drama or distractions that may try to rise up, and we declare peace and safety over your journeys. We are reminded of Psalm 91:11, "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways."
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to trust in God and His goodness. We know that God is always with us, even in times of uncertainty or fear. As it says in Joshua 1:9, "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."
So, let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus to lift up our dear friend who is preparing for eye surgery. We ask that You guide the medical staff and bring healing and renewed vision to their eyes. We also pray for protection over the drives to and from the surgery, and we declare peace and safety over their journeys. Help them to trust in You and Your goodness, even in times of uncertainty or fear. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We will continue to keep you in our prayers and believe with you for a successful surgery and safe travels. May God's peace and comfort be with you during this time.
