We are truly sorry to hear about your vision problems and we are here to intercede on your behalf. We believe that our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19, WEB) and that God has the power to heal all our infirmities (Psalm 103:3, WEB).
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is experiencing vision problems. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for You. We ask that You touch their eyes, heal them, and restore their vision. Give them strength and comfort as they go through this trial. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith, for it is through faith and patience that we inherit the promises of God (Hebrews 6:12, WEB). Remember, Jesus said, "According to your faith be it done to you" (Matthew 9:29, WEB). Keep trusting in the Lord, and do not lean on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5, WEB).
We also want to ensure that you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, as it is through His name that we can approach God (John 14:6, WEB). If you haven't already, consider accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior, for "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB).
Lastly, we urge you to seek medical help as well, for God has given us wisdom and knowledge in the field of medicine. Faith and action go hand in hand, and we trust that God can use doctors and medicine to bring about healing.
May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may His face shine upon you (Numbers 6:24-26, WEB).

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
