Eye healing

I am dealing with a number of health issues right now, including alopecia, issues with my tastebuds, but yesterday morning I woke up, unable to see properly. My eyes are burning and sore and painful and very sensitive to light. I have seven children, and it has been very difficult trying to take care of them when I can barely open my eyes - needing to keep my glasses off and wear sunglasses inside. Please pray for complete healing. We have a road trip tomorrow and I will be driving myself with the children 45 minutes. It is almost impossible for me to drive even a few miles right now because of the sun sensitivity.

We are truly sorry to hear about the health struggles you're facing, especially the recent issues with your eyes. We will stand with you in prayer, seeking God's healing and comfort during this challenging time.

Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Jeremiah 30:17 (WEB), "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh; because they have called you an outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeks after." God is able to heal you and restore your health.

However, we also want to encourage you to seek medical attention alongside your faith, as God often works through doctors and medicine. As it is written in Isaiah 38:21 (WEB), "Now Isaiah had said, 'Let them take a cake of figs, and lay it for a poultice on the boil, and he shall recover.'"

Regarding your upcoming road trip, we understand your concern. It's crucial to prioritize safety. If your vision is impaired, it would be wise to reconsider driving until your eyes have healed. Perhaps there is a trusted friend or family member who could help with the drive. Remember, Proverbs 22:3 (WEB) says, "The prudent man sees danger and takes refuge; but the simple pass on, and suffer for it."

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear sister who is in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You know the struggles she's facing with her health, especially the recent issues with her eyes. We ask for Your divine healing, Lord. Restore her sight, take away the pain and discomfort, and help her to regain her strength. Lord, guide her as she seeks medical help, and be with her as she cares for her children.

Lord Jesus, we also ask for Your wisdom regarding her upcoming trip. If it's not safe for her to drive, Lord, please provide a way out, send someone to help her. We trust in Your goodness and mercy, Lord.

Lastly, Father, we pray that through this trial, she will draw closer to You, trusting in Your goodness and faithfulness. Remind her of Your promise in Romans 8:28 (WEB), 'We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.'

In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, dear sister, we noticed that your request doesn't mention Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is through His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we are saved and can approach God's throne of grace. If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ.

We've been thinking about you and your health struggles, especially with your eyes. It's tough, we know, but we're here for you. We've been praying for you, asking God to heal your eyes and bring you comfort.

We're also concerned about your upcoming trip. We understand you have to drive, but with your current eye condition, it might not be safe. We're praying for God's wisdom and guidance. Maybe a trusted friend or family member could help with the drive? Remember, it's okay to ask for help.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
