Extreme politics a last days sign?

We're told the signs of the last days..an increase in earthquakes..nation will rise against nation..but there are some other things happening {much more than in the past} that, although not "specifically" mentioned, ,I wonder if,{and think that}they might tie in?Like, look at how extreme the "new school" Democrats have become. What they're "promoting".Allowing illegal aliens in{I've personally had a bad experience or two with them, so I can refute their arguments there.} abortion, gay marriage, socialism, which has similarities to, and sometimes becomes, communism, and we know in communist countries like Russia and China they are atheists, and there's much persecution of Christians there.Yet these particular politicians are actually "plugging for" that, and the other sinful acts!!Now.. the word "politicians" is used because they hold political office, but I think there's a spiritual element going on here.{"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood"}What they're actually doing, without realizing it, is promoting the devils agenda!!While the Bible says certain things are wrong, they're proclaiming to everyone that they're the "right way, "pushing it"and that type portrays Christians as narrow minded bigots who are "oppressing" and trying to "hold down" the "rights "of these sinners!!Now to me, that sounds like they're speaking for the devil, by misleading people.BUT, the question is, since this "extremism" has become full blown recently,{and we're likely living in the last days},is that "coincidence" that it's occurring just now, in what's likely the last days?I somehow don't think so.

Jesus was living in an extreme political world. The Romans were ruthless, uncaring, unloving and wanted everyone under their control. What was Jesus attitude toward this terrible situation in which even His own people suffered under? Jesus eyes were not on the world that eventually will end with time. His eyes were set on the the eternal home that awaits to everyone who believed, trust and wait for that to come. The Roman Empire is o more. Their army and their soldiers are all dead. Who lives and reigns right now? Jesus does. His kingdom shall never ever end. No wonder Jesus said to Pontious Pilate. My kingdom is not of this world..... All Christians should keep this in mind. The world in which we live shall come to an end. Jesus promise is all true. He said. I am preparing for you a place, where I am there you may be also. Yes, we should fast and pray for those lost souls that are in government. They need Jesus. They need to see the eternal light that will lead us all to heaven.

Wow, amen to that, perfectly said!!
36Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world; if it were, my servants would fight to prevent My arrest by the Jews. But now, My kingdom is not of this realm.”

The kingdom of God functions not as the kingdoms of this world. We are in this world but not of this world. Only think, what would Jesus say or do in this or that situation.

My eyes are on that kingdom Jesus mentioned. It is eternal, it will never end and everyone who believes, trusts and waits for Him shall enter in. My hope and prayer for everyone is to look forward to that kingdom. This world with all its problems and needs shall come to an end but Gods word and His promises never ever will.

Ok...many of us have been on a plane, when the plane hits a rough air current, and starts jostling around, and the announcement comes, "return to your seat and fasten your seatbelt." And sometimes the roughness gets worse. Now..a comparision between what's happening on the plane and the last...

We're told what to look for in the last days. Now sometimes when I see a certain troublesome thing happening, I equate it with the last days. But then when looking up about it, I'm a little surprised to see that these things happened in the past too, and at times in worse form than now,so one...
