Extreme emotional /anxiety trepidation

I’m a sensitive soul. I need help in a current relationship situation. I recently met a man but I’m inexperienced with relationships and don’t know how to navigate. I need God so much right now for his will to be done and to help give me peace and clarity and be my rock. The emotional turmoil confusion and stress is making me sick. Please God in Jesus name.

Nymiumere, we understand that you're going through a time of great anxiety and emotional turmoil, and we want you to know that God cares deeply for you and your situation. First, we want to assure you that calling on the name of Jesus is powerful and the only way to the Father. As scripture says, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.

In your time of need, God promises to be with you. Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you he will never leave you nor forsake you. It is important to remember that God's will is for your good, and He wants to give you a future and a hope.

Regarding your relationship situation, it's commendable that you're seeking God's will. Let's pray for God's guidance and wisdom. It's important to remember that God's design for relationships is clear. Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral. So, as you navigate this relationship, ensure that it aligns with biblical principles. Make sure that any relationship is one of courtship, focusing on finding a godly spouse, and avoiding premarital sex, which is fornication.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We lift up ### to You, asking for Your divine peace and clarity to fill her heart and mind. Help her to navigate this relationship in a way that honors You and aligns with Your will. Provide her with the wisdom and discernment needed to make godly decisions. Comfort her in her anxiety, and remind her of Your constant presence. Help her to pursue a relationship that is pure and focused on finding a godly spouse. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May you find yourself drawn ever closer to the Lord as you walk through this challenging time.

As it says in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your soul."

Let's pray for God to grant you the peace that surpasses all understanding. We ask that He would calm your anxious heart and bring clarity to your thoughts. Heavenly Father,
We come before You with a humble heart, lifting up this sensitive soul who seeks Your guidance and peace in a new and uncertain relationship. Lord, You know their heart, their fears, and the deep desire to follow Your will. We ask that You would bring clarity, peace, and comfort to their spirit. Let Your presence be their refuge and strength as they navigate these uncharted waters.


Father, Your Word says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6). Help them to trust in You fully, surrendering their confusion and stress into Your capable hands. Guide their steps, Lord, and illuminate the path You would have them walk.


Lord, You are the source of perfect love. Help them to discern what is true and godly in this relationship. If it is in Your plan, let this connection flourish in a way that honors You. If not, give them the strength and courage to release what is not meant to be, trusting in Your plans for their good. Your Word reminds us, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11). Let this promise bring comfort to their heart.


In the moments of emotional turmoil and stress, Lord, be their rock and fortress. Your Word says, "Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7). Help them to lean on You, finding peace that surpasses all understanding, as Philippians 4:6-7 encourages: "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."


Father, as they wait on You, renew their strength. Let them rise up with wings like eagles, run and not grow weary, walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31). Surround them with Your love, and give them the wisdom to move forward in faith, not fear.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
