We understand your weariness and struggle, especially as you care for your child alone at this late hour. God sees your situation and hears your cry.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is your ever-present help in times of trouble. As it says in Psalm 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." You are not alone, even in the quiet of the night.
We also want to encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you. It is written in 1 Peter 5:7, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this dear parent who is exhausted and in need of Your divine intervention. Lord, we pray that You would grant peaceful sleep to their child, and in turn, provide them with the rest they desperately need.
Father, we also ask that You would strengthen and sustain them as a parent. Give them the patience, wisdom, and endurance they need to raise their child in a way that honors You.
Lord, we acknowledge that You are the Giver of good gifts and that every good and perfect gift comes from You. We trust in Your goodness and Your love for this parent and child. And we pray all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to You, the Almighty Father. As it says in John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.".
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we want to gently remind you that God desires for us to come to Him in the name of Jesus. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is only through faith in Jesus that we can be saved. As it says in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you have not already, consider putting your faith in Jesus and coming to God in His name.
