Heavenly Father, we come before you on behalf of Steven Bobb, who is feeling exhausted both physically and mentally from the busyness of life. Lord, we lift up Steven to you and ask for your strength and renewal to come upon him. Your Word reminds us in Matthew 11:28-30, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."
Lord, we pray that you would ease the burden that Steven is carrying and grant him the rest that he desperately needs. Help him to find balance in his life and prioritize his time in a way that honors you. May he not find his worth in busyness, but rather in his identity as your beloved child.
We also pray against any feelings of disgust or worthlessness that may be weighing on Steven's heart. Remind him of his inherent value and worth in your eyes, for you have created him in your image. Your Word assures us in Psalm 139:14, "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well."
Lord, we ask for your guidance and wisdom for Steven as he navigates his responsibilities and commitments. Help him to discern what truly matters and to let go of any unnecessary burdens. Grant him the strength to say no when needed and to prioritize his well-being and time with you.
In Jesus' name, we pray for a renewed sense of peace, rest, and purpose for Steven. May he find solace in your presence and experience the joy that comes from surrendering his burdens to you. Amen.
