We are truly sorry to hear that you are experiencing excruciating foot pain. Let us come together in prayer to seek God's healing and comfort for you.
In the Bible, we are encouraged to come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16 WEB). It is through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine healing and comfort for our dear friend who is experiencing excruciating foot pain. Lord, You know the exact cause of this pain, and we trust that You are able to heal all diseases (Psalm 103:3 WEB). We ask for Your healing touch to be upon their foot right now, easing the pain and restoring their health.
In the meantime, Lord, grant them the strength to endure and the patience to wait on Your perfect timing. Help them to trust in You, knowing that all things work together for good to those who love You, to those who are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

If there is any specific reason for the pain that you are aware of, we encourage you to also seek medical advice alongside your faith in God's healing power. God often works through the hands of skilled medical professionals to bring about healing and relief.
Lastly, we want to mention that it is important to come to God in the name of Jesus. If you have not yet come to know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today. It is through His name that we are saved and have access to the Father (John 14:6 WEB).

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
