I would really appreciate your prayers as I have an English exam on the ### of January. It's a writing exam. I always feel anxious and stressed at these times. I want to be able to pass the exam and to understand the questions. I would also like prayer for my mental health. I've been suffering with a lot of anxiety.

We understand that you're feeling anxious about your upcoming English writing exam and that you've been suffering from anxiety in general. Firstly, let's remember that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our studies and mental health. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up ### as they prepare for their English writing exam. We ask that You grant them a sound mind and calm spirit, casting out all anxiety and fear. Help them to understand the questions clearly and recall all that they have studied. Guide their thoughts and pen as they write.

We also bring before You their mental health. You know the struggles they've been facing with anxiety. Comfort them with Your love and peace. Guide them to Your Word, which is a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105). Help them to trust in You with all their heart and lean not on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5).

In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Remember, ###, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). Trust in Him, and He will see you through.

In addition to prayer, make sure to prepare diligently for your exam. Study consistently and get enough rest. Also, consider speaking with a trusted counselor or pastor about your anxiety. God often works through His people to provide help and support.

Lastly, remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Trust in Him, and He will see you through. We are here with you in spirit, praying and believing in Jesus name.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this person to You, thanking You for his heart that seeks to align with Your will. Lord, we pray that You guide him on Your path, directing his steps and leading him in Your truth. As Psalm 25:4-5 says, “Show me Your ways, Lord, teach me Your paths. Guide me in Your truth and teach me, for You are God my Savior, and my hope is in You all day long,” we pray that he continually seeks Your guidance and wisdom in every decision he makes. Father, we also pray for him as he prepares for his exams. Grant him focus, clarity, and understanding as he studies. Your Word in Philippians 4:13 assures us, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Let This person draw strength from You, knowing that You will empower him to succeed. Lord, remove any fear or anxiety and replace it with peace and confidence. Remind him of Your promise in Isaiah 41:10: “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” May this person feel Your presence with him during his preparation and as he takes his exams. Thank You, Father, for the plans You have for this person’s life. We trust that You will lead him into success, not just in his exams, but in all areas of his life…in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
