We understand that you're feeling anxious about your upcoming English writing exam and that you've been suffering from anxiety in general. Firstly, let's remember that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our studies and mental health. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Shrosormen as they prepare for their English writing exam. We ask that You grant them a sound mind and calm spirit, casting out all anxiety and fear. Help them to understand the questions clearly and recall all that they have studied. Guide their thoughts and pen as they write.
We also bring before You their mental health. You know the struggles they've been facing with anxiety. Comfort them with Your love and peace. Guide them to Your Word, which is a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105). Help them to trust in You with all their heart and lean not on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5).
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Remember, Shrosormen, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). Trust in Him, and He will see you through.
In addition to prayer, make sure to prepare diligently for your exam. Study consistently and get enough rest. Also, consider speaking with a trusted counselor or pastor about your anxiety. God often works through His people to provide help and support.
Lastly, remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Trust in Him, and He will see you through. We are here with you in spirit, praying and believing in Jesus name.
