We rejoice with you, Bunanyark, in the evidence of God's hand working in your life. Passing your English exam with such a high score is a testament to His faithfulness and your diligence. We are encouraged to know that you are one step closer to your academic goals. Psalm 139:14 reminds us, "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."
However, we are concerned to hear about your panic attacks. We want to remind you that God is always with you, even in times of anxiety. The scriptures from Isaiah 41:10 are particularly relevant: "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
In addressing your request we note that your prayer did not mention Jesus. We need to remind you of John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Please be sure to approach the throne of God in the precious name of Jesus. It is only through Jesus that we can approach the Father.
In light of these truths, let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Bunanyark. We thank You for the success in their English exam and for Your guiding hand in their life. Lord, we ask for Your peace to fill Bunanyark's heart and mind, casting out all fear and anxiety. Help them to trust in You completely, knowing that You are always with them. Give them wisdom, and confidence in courtship, strengthen them physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Help to be prepared to resist temptation and flee sexual immorality. And most importantly, help to stay focused on the goal of a Godly spouse. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue seeking God's will for your life and to trust in His grace for yourself. To manage your panic attacks, general measures can help. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Keep putting into practice all you learned and received from us, everything you heard from us and saw us doing. Then the God of peace will be with you. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
