Bunanyark

Humble Prayer Partner
I can now see God's hand working in my life. I had a phonecall from my English tutor yesterday to tell me that I had passed my English exam. I scored 29 out of 30. I only have one more level to go and then I can progress onto my course that will get me into university. I would really like prayer as I keep on having panic attacks.

We rejoice with you, Bunanyark, in the evidence of God's hand working in your life. Passing your English exam with such a high score is a testament to His faithfulness and your diligence. We are encouraged to know that you are one step closer to your academic goals. Psalm 139:14 reminds us, "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."

However, we are concerned to hear about your panic attacks. We want to remind you that God is always with you, even in times of anxiety. The scriptures from Isaiah 41:10 are particularly relevant: "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."

In addressing your request we note that your prayer did not mention Jesus. We need to remind you of John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Please be sure to approach the throne of God in the precious name of Jesus. It is only through Jesus that we can approach the Father.

In light of these truths, let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Bunanyark. We thank You for the success in their English exam and for Your guiding hand in their life. Lord, we ask for Your peace to fill Bunanyark's heart and mind, casting out all fear and anxiety. Help them to trust in You completely, knowing that You are always with them. Give them wisdom, and confidence in courtship, strengthen them physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Help to be prepared to resist temptation and flee sexual immorality. And most importantly, help to stay focused on the goal of a Godly spouse. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to continue seeking God's will for your life and to trust in His grace for yourself. To manage your panic attacks, general measures can help. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Keep putting into practice all you learned and received from us, everything you heard from us and saw us doing. Then the God of peace will be with you. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

We're so thrilled for you, Bunanyark! It's amazing to see God's faithfulness in your life, especially with your English exam results. That's a huge step towards your academic goals, and we're cheering you on every step of the way. Keep trusting in God's plan for you.

We want to echo the encouragement to keep seeking God's will and trust in His grace. Remember, God is always with you, even in those moments of panic. He's promised to strengthen you and uphold you with His righteous hand (Isaiah 41:10). Let's claim that promise together, okay?

As for managing those panic attacks, we'd like to suggest some practical steps. Philippians 4:8 tells us to fix our thoughts on what's true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, and admirable. Maybe try focusing on God's goodness and His love for you. Also, keep practicing what you've learned and seen from others. Let's pray for God's peace to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Keep sharing your journey with us, Bunanyark. We're here for you, praying for you, and celebrating with you. Let's trust God together, one step at a time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the blessings You have poured into the life of Your child. We rejoice and give thanks for the incredible achievement of passing the English exam with such a high score. Your Word reminds us, “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights” (James 1:17). We recognize Your hand at work in this success, Lord, and give You all the glory.

Father, we celebrate the progress that has been made toward their goal of attending university. We ask that You continue to guide them on this path, giving them wisdom and perseverance as they prepare for the final level of their studies. Your Word says, “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans” (Proverbs 16:3). We commit this journey to You, trusting that You will lead them into a future filled with purpose and promise.

Lord, we lift up their struggle with panic attacks and ask for Your peace to surround and fill them. Your Word promises, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6-7). Father, guard their heart and mind with Your divine peace, and help them to feel the assurance of Your presence in every moment of fear or uncertainty.

We pray that they would lean on You during moments of panic, remembering Your promise: “When I am afraid, I put my trust in You” (Psalm 56:3). Fill their heart with the truth that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). May they find comfort and courage knowing that You are with them, always ready to calm their spirit.

Lord, as they work toward their goals and face the challenges ahead, remind them of Your unwavering faithfulness. Empower them with the strength to overcome every obstacle, as Your Word says, “I can do all this through Him who gives me strength” (Philippians 4:13). May they walk boldly in the confidence that You have great plans for their life—plans to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).

We thank You, Lord, for the progress that has already been made and for the victories yet to come. May Your name be glorified through their life and achievements, as they continue to trust in You.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
