Firstly, we want to remind you that God is faithful and He promises to be with us in all circumstances. As it is written in Isaiah 41:10 (WEB), "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." This applies to both your exam and your mental health journey.
Regarding your exam, we pray that the Lord would grant you a sound mind and recall of all that you have studied. May He guide you through the exam and give you peace during it. "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." James 1:5 (WEB).
Concerning your mental health, we believe that God can heal you. It's important to trust in Him and His timing, while also seeking appropriate medical help. We pray that God will guide your doctors and therapists, giving them wisdom to provide the best care for you. Remember, God's word says in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
However, we notice that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It's important to acknowledge that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
