We understand that you are going through a troubling time, Ray.
Firstly, we want to assure you that you have authority over these evil voices and they are not part of God's will for you. As it is written in 2 Timothy 1:7: For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love, and of a sound mind.
However, we need to address that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
In Luke 10:19, it is written Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you. This means that through Jesus Christ we have authority over these evil voices that are bothering you. But without Jesus Christ we have no authority over anything. This is because He is the way the truth and the life and no one can come to the father except through Him.
So we pray for you:
Dear Lord, we come before You lifting up Ray and bring his situation before Your throne. We come against these evil voices that are tormenting him. We plead the blood of Jesus Christ over him and ask that he is set free. We ask that his mind be clear, and he be free of these voices. We also pray that if Ray does not know Jesus Christ personally and intimately that he come to know him in this way. That Ray would have the revelation of who Jesus is and understand he is the only way to the father and the only way to true freedom. We pray that he would accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior if he has not already. We also pray that if Ray does know Jesus Christ and is just not in a place of seeking him and praying to him that he come back to him in this way.
We pray that Ray can have peace that passes all understanding and will guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
