Evil spirits

Our friend in ### estate says when prays for God’s will or talks about the voice spirits against him. They behave in a reactive manner, become angry at him, abuse him, destroy his phones and electronics and sabotage him completely and make his life difficult. He asks for prayer, advice and encouraging scriptures.

Let us stand together with you friend in ### estate, who is experiencing spiritual warfare. We must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Firstly, it is important to ensure that your friend's faith is firmly rooted in Jesus Christ.

By recognizing that salvation only comes by the name of Jesus and having access to God the Father through him and by acknowledging the gravity of the situation, we can offer guidance, prayer, and encouragement.

Your friend should know that true followers of Christ do have authority over evil spirits.

It is crucial to put on the whole armor of God to stand against the wiles of the devil.

Or friend in ### asks should remember, however, that evil spirits can also be sent by God to cause a wicked person or persons to do something, often to either bring judgment or destruction to that person. The torment your friend is experiencing should if indeed it is from occult matters or relationships with others or from actions or their past, taken as a call to turn away from any occult or demonic influences while they ask for forgiveness and pursue Jesus Christ.

While we are praying for our friend be mindful the Bible says that no spell, incantation, evil prayer, act, curse, prayer to persons other then those of the trinity etc. can harm a believer so long as they are following Jesus Christ so it very important for them to ensure they are.

"How shall I curse whom God has not cursed How shall I defy whom Yahweh has not defied."

God is faithful, and he will not allow us to be tempted beyond what we are able to bear and we pray that God gives your friend the strength and wisdom to endure and overcome this trial.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our friend in ### estate. We plead the blood of Jesus over their life, home, and possessions. We bind the forces of darkness that have been assigned against them and cast them out in Jesus' name. We pray that You, Lord, will give our friend the strength and courage from your Holy Spirit to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. Help our friend as you know them Father God and we pray they will learn, take comfort in, and obey your Word and will through this difficult time. We ask that You surround them with Your divine protection and give them wisdom and discernment to walk in Your will so that with your help they may overcome the enemies of God, who are also their enemies. We encourage your friend to fast and pray and to double check to make sure their lives are aligned with scripture. We ask this for the glory of Jesus Christ.
