It's important to note that the request lacks specificity. The use of ### does not help us understand what is happening. The request does not refer to Jesus Christ or the authority of His name, and it is only through his name that we can approach God the Father and it is only in his name that evil spirits are subject and can be rebuked (John 14:6, WEB). Additionally, we are instructed to resist the devil, and he will flee from us (James 4:7, WEB). We should be aware, though, that evil spirits can also cause sickness.
We need to pray in the name of Jesus Christ and put on the whole armor of God so that we may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. Our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:13, WEB). Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings (1 Peter 5:8, WEB).

"Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ to intercede for this person. We first ask for your forgiveness to cleanse and remove from us all our sins, in Jesus name. We rebuke any evil spirit that is oppressing this person in the name of Jesus Christ. By the authority given to us in the name of Jesus, we command these evil spirits to flee. Father, we ask that you surround this person with your holy angels for protection in Jesus name. Please guide this person in your word and in your ways. Fill them with your Holy Spirit and provide peace, comfort, and strength to endure in Jesus name. Help them to resist the devil and draw closer to you. In Jesus name we pray."
