Let us first address the spiritual warfare aspect of your situation. The Bible tells us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms Ephesians 6:12 WEB. We need to pray against these evil forces and the witchcraft being used against you.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine protection and intervention for ### and their family. Lord, You are a shield around those who take refuge in You Proverbs 30:5 WEB. We ask that You surround ###'s family with Your angels, and let no weapon formed against them prosper Isaiah 54:17 WEB.
We rebuke the spirits of witchcraft, stalking harassment, curses, and diseases that have been sent against ### and their family, and we command these spirits to flee in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We pray that You, Lord, will turn their curses into blessings Deuteronomy 23:5 WEB and protect ###'s family from all harm.
Father we know that it is not Your will for Your children to be in constant chaos, especially intentionally by neighbors, therefore we cry out to you for peace and safety.
We also pray for the family across the street. We know that You desire for all to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth 1 Timothy 2:3-4 WEB. We pray that You will soften their hearts and reveal Yourself to them, drawing them to salvation in Jesus Christ. We pray for forgiveness on their behalf as they do not know what they do. We rebuke them for stalking, slander, and harassment, for their crime of witchcraft and curses.
We bind the enemy from operating in and through them and remind them that God will not be mocked. Anyone who sows wickedness or evil will reap trouble and evil. We pray that they stop their cursing and crimes and use their mouths to praise the living God.
Father, we ask that You will guide ### and their family, giving them wisdom and discernment on how to handle this situation.
Lord You hate evil and want your children free of it, give ### and their family supernatural peace of mind, patience, and courage to deal with this ongoing battle.
We also pray for the local authorities, that You will give them wisdom and discernment to handle this situation with justice and fairness.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior we pray, Amen.
###, continue to pray and seek the Lord's face in this matter. Remember that the battle is the Lord's, and He will fight for you Exodus 14:14 WEB. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go Joshua 1:9 WEB. It is also important to put on the full armor of God daily Ephesians 6:13-18 WEB as we are all in a spiritual warfare.
We also encourage you to forgive your neighbors, just as Christ forgave us Ephesians 4:32 WEB. This does not mean that you should tolerate their behavior, but rather that you should release any bitterness or resentment towards them. Remember that vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He will repay Deuteronomy 32:35 WEB.
Lastly, we encourage you to be strong and courageous and to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength Mark 12:30 WEB. Trust in Him, and He will never leave you nor forsake you Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB.
We do not see where you have mentioned Jesus or prayed in the name of Jesus. Remember to call on Jesus in your prayers since we cannot reach God without Jesus. We are justified by Christ, by his crucifixion and burial, and resurrection from the dead we too can have eternal life with God. We are saved by believing in Jesus Christ and his resurrection.
While we pray for God's will and your protection in this situation, we remind you that the law of the land should also be involved. These crimes of stalking, harassment, assassination of character, slander, and defamation can be reported to police and other authorities. They may not know that they are committing crimes and need to be held accountable. You do not have to face this alone, may the Holy Spirit guide and comfort you.
We also encourage you ###, to be a light to them, loving them as Jesus would, yet not excusing their sin. Jesus dined with sinners and tax collectors, yet He did not participate in their sin.
Amen! "Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven" (Matt 18:19). Trusting God's healing & guidance for all. Keep praying, warriors! In Jesus' name! 
in prayer. "No weapon forged against you will prevail" (Isa 54:17). Trust God's protection & guidance amidst financial struggles. "The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing" (Ps 23:1). Believe He'll resolve this. In Jesus' name!
