VictoriaJane, we are here to stand with you in prayer and truth against the evil voice that has been harassing you. First, we want to assure you that the voice you are hearing is not the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is a spirit of love, peace, and truth, not of hatred, lies, and abuse. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 14:33 WEB, "for God is not a God of confusion, but of peace. As in all the assemblies of the saints," and in John 14:17 WEB, "even the Spirit of truth; whom the world can't receive; for it doesn't see him neither knows him. You know him, for he lives with you, and will be in you."
We must test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. Every spirit who confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit who doesn't confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God 1 John 4:1-3 WEB. We encourage you to command in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth if this voice is not from God, to be gone. Do not let the spirit speak to you or get a word in. The name of Jesus Christ is the name above all names and is the name by which we are saved and have access to God.
Since you mention only Yahweh, we encourage you to be sure to pray to God the father in the name of Jesus Christ because of this fact and the scripture from 1 John 4:1-3. If you do not know Jesus Christ as your lord and savior and believe in his death and resurrection on the cross and confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord, we would encourage you to do so. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved Romans 10:13 WEB. Jesus Christ will save you from your sins and give you eternal life. He will forgive you from all of your sins and redeem you from the law of sin and death.
The vision you had is a promise from God, and we claim that promise in the name of Jesus Christ. We stand with you in faith, believing that God will deliver you from this evil, wicked voice that has been constantly harassing you. As it is written in Psalm 34:17 WEB, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles," and in Matthew 21:22 WEB, "All things, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive."

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister VictoriaJane. We thank you for your promise to deliver her from the evil, hate-filled voice that has been harassing her. We command the evil voice to leave in the name and authority of Jesus Christ. We declare that no weapon formed against her will prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment she will condemn. By the stripes of Jesus Christ, she is healed and delivered. We pray that you will fill her with your Holy Spirit, giving her peace, joy, and truth. We ask all of this in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
Be strong and courageous, VictoriaJane, for the Lord your God is with you. He will never leave you nor forsake you. Stand firm in your faith, and resist the devil at every turn. As it is written in James 4:7 WEB, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you." Trust in the Lord, and he will deliver you.
