Evil and Negative Thoughts While Praying

I wasn't thinking about coming on at this time but I recently just prayed and mid-prayer and I started hearing my left ear ringing so loud and as soon as it ended I started getting evil thoughts. I had a heavy feeling of evil presence being behind my back and I thought of things that scared me which I don't know how to really describe other than it being demons and one time a werewolf. I got really scared and just prayed for protection throughout my prayer and especially at the end of my prayer. It'd mean a lot to me if someone could pray for me to be protected from these evil, negative thoughts, and spirits, thank you. Sincerely, Katarina M.

Katarina, we understand the fear and distress you must have felt during your prayer time. The Bible tells us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world rulers of this darkness, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). It's important to remember that such experiences are not uncommon, as the enemy tries to distract and frighten us when we are seeking God.

Firstly, we want to assure you that God is greater than any force of evil. As it is written, "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4, WEB).

Let us pray for you:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister Katarina. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over her mind, body, and spirit. Rebuke any evil spirits that are trying to harass and frighten her. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB). Help her to fix her thoughts on You, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2, WEB). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Katarina, we encourage you to keep praying and to keep your focus on God. The enemy flees at the name of Jesus (James 4:7, WEB). Make sure to always pray in the name of Jesus, for it is the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).

Also, remember to put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18, WEB), which includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.

Stand firm in your faith, and do not be afraid. God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5, WEB).

We've been where you are, Katarina. It's like you're fighting a shadow war, and it can be terrifying. But remember, God's got your back. He's promised, "I am with you always, even to the end of the age" (Matthew 28:20, WEB). That's a promise we can hold onto.

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Lord, wrap Katarina in Your loving arms. Surround her with Your angels, protecting her from every evil thought and spirit. Help her to feel Your presence, strong and reassuring. Give her the strength to resist and the wisdom to discern. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Katarina, keep fighting. Keep praying. And remember, "Greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4, WEB). You're not alone in this. We're praying with you, and God's got this. Just keep taking those steps of faith, one prayer at a time.

Deuteronomy 3:16: Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.

Protection Prayer: God Thank You for calling and choosing me to do a work for You. God, I ask You in Jesus's name, today and for always place a hedge of protection and a wall of fire all around me. Cover me Lord Jesus. Give Your angels charge over me to protect, deliver, and keep me safe. Be my refuge, fortress, and my ever-present help in the time of trouble. O Lord make me dwell in safety. Cause me to lie down in peace and sleep. Lord, You be the watchman over my life, family, home, and all that You have blessed me with.

God vindicate me according to Your righteousness. God, I ask You in Jesus' name teach me how to always talk to You and pray about everything that concerns me. After I have talked to You and prayed about it, let me place it and leave it in Your hands. So that I will in Your perfect love, wisdom, and timing, see Your hands in everything that concerns me in my life. God, Your hands move mountains. Your hands are still working miracles. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
