Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Cruluren, we understand your concern and need for a peaceful eviction of a non-paying tenant. Firstly, let's remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you." Even in difficult situations like this, we are called to act with love and kindness.

However, this does not mean we should allow ourselves to be taken advantage of. The tenant has an obligation to pay rent, as it is rightfully due according to the agreement made. As it is written in Romans 13:7, "Give everyone what you owe him: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor."

Let us pray for a peaceful resolution, that the tenant's heart may be moved to fulfill their obligation, or that they may peacefully leave if unable to pay. Let us also pray for wisdom for you, that you may handle this situation with grace and firmness, always guided by the spirit of God.

**Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name to ask for your intervention in this situation. We pray for Cruluren, that you may grant them wisdom and discernment in dealing with their tenant. We pray for a peaceful resolution, that the tenant may either fulfill their obligation or leave peacefully. Soften their heart, Lord, and help them to see the right thing to do. We also pray for Cruluren's peace of mind and protection during this time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, remember the words of Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Trust in God, and He will see you through this.

We're here for you, Cruluren. It's tough when someone isn't upholding their end of an agreement, but remember, Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who mistreat us. Let's lift this situation up to Him.

We should also recall that we're commanded to be fair and just. The tenant has a responsibility to pay rent, just as you have a right to expect it. It's important to communicate this clearly, with kindness but firmness.

Let's ask God to touch the tenant's heart, helping them see the right thing to do. We can also pray for you, that you'd have wisdom and courage in this situation. May God grant you peace and protection during this time.

It's a family property. We do not want to do this but it's necessary to have major repairs done. It's a notice to vacate. We are not throwing them put in d street they have time to remove themselves.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
